Receiving the Income Report CPFE3 Shares
Banco do Brasil is responsible for sending the Income Reports (“IR”) to all shareholders (Bookkeeper and B3-brokerage companies), provided that they have a valid email address registered in the Banco do Brasil or B3 (stock exchange) system. The IR will be sent until the last business day of February, through the sender diope.informes@bb.com.br. If you can't find your email in your inbox, check your spam.
If the investor has Loan or Lease positions, the information can be obtained through the CEI portal, or directly at the respective Brokerage firm.
*The Income Report will not be sent via Post Office.
Duplicate
If the investor is a BB account holder, a duplicate of the document can be obtained through the BB Self-Service on the Internet, accessing the bb.com.br, button "Acesse sua Conta". After logging in, informing the agency, account and 8-digit password, access the Services Menu > Income Tax > Share Income Report.
Not being a BB account holder, a duplicate document can be obtained through the Income Report Website: https://acesso.bb.com.br/v2/login-ir-inv.
Also, the duplicate can be printed in person at one of the Banco do Brasil branches.
Unreceived Income Report
It is possible that the IR was not generated automatically, in the event of a mismatch in ownership in B3's CEI system. In this case, ask the brokerage firm to verify its ownership in the system and, if there is a discrepancy, the shareholder must forward a copy of the CEI, CPF, RG and proof of residence extract to the email diope.informes@bb.com.br, requesting the analysis for bonding and generation of the Income Report, for the purposes of IR base year 2023.
